Explaining our Ethos
To bring our ethos to life, we have created a collection of woodland characters inspired by our logo and their woodland friends. Each character represents an important value and helps children learn through fun and meaningful experiences.
The characters also play an important role in supporting and training our staff team, ensuring our values are consistently reflected in every day practice. By embedding the characters throughout our nursery, they help create a shared language and approach that brings our ethos to life for everyone in our nursery community.
